The new shrunken-down additions to the Apple product line – the iPhone SE and smaller iPad Pro – are now available to pre-order.
The two new devices, both of which were announced at Apple’s live event on Monday, will go on sale next Thursday.
Those who make their way to the Apple website will find that all four colours are on offer for both the SE and the Pro, with prices of the new smartphone starting at £359 for the 16GB version. It’s the lowest price for an iPhone at launch ever.
iPad Pro prices begin at £499 for a 32GB version of the new tablet, which comes with similar specs to its bigger sibling, as well as a smart keyboard and Apple Pencil compatibility.
The new 256GB storage capacity is being introduced with the device as well.
It’s thought the iPhone SE is being aimed at emerging markets such as India and China, as well as non-Apple users who could be tempted to switch to iOS for a lower price.
