The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered campaign trailer is enough to remind us why the original was so good

The leap forward in graphical capabilities on the current generation of consoles has persuaded several of the big franchises to ‘remaster’ and re-release their classic titles.

Call of Duty is doing just that with Modern Warfare – to many the home of some of the franchise’s best and most loved levels – and the results are more than enough to remind you why you probably adored this game first time around.

Not only that, but the new campaign trailer also flagged up an enticing deal for PS4 players who pre-order one of the digital versions of the game – the chance to play the campaign 30 days early, on October 5.
