There’s a new PlayStation 4 and Steam game on the block… and people are getting, well, just a little excited about playing it.
Here’s what we know so far: Firewatch is a single-player – and first-person – video game where you’re a man named Henry (we’re not really sure why, just go with it). You explore the Wyoming wilderness after taking a summer job as a fire lookout, but then start to question some of the things that are happening to you. Sounds spooky…
Meanwhile, your only human connection is over a handheld radio. Totally intrigued now? We know we are.
And this is one of the teaser videos put on YouTube by the company behind story-driven Firewatch – Campo Santo – in the build-up to the game’s release on February 9. Apparently they’re to show the hazards of life in a forest…
Looks pretty intense right?!
People are confused as to what this game is really all about…
Yeah, Twitter users have definitely been curious for a while now.
The British graphic designer behind the art for the game had a great time making it anyway.
And early reviews are looking pretty great.
But yeah, some people are worried the game looks a bit short.
But the day that gamers have been waiting for has very nearly come… on Tuesday everyone will be able to have a go, and hopefully being a firewatcher lives up to the high expectations.
The game does sound pretty exciting. However, we have no idea what this is all about…
