Selfie sticks took the world by storm but the extendible rods will soon be redundant as a new gadget has emerged and it’s sure to spark your interest.
The Hover Camera is an autonomous camera which follows your every move using body and facial recognition, snapping photos along the way.
All you have to do it flip open the carbon fibre case and release the camera in the air and it will very quickly stabilise, ready to capture photos and video from truly unique perspectives.
The Hover Camera shoots images at 13 megapixels and videos in 4K and thanks to Electronic Image Stabilisation (EIS) your pictures are bound to be blur-free.
It’s also able to rotate 360 degrees while hovering allowing you to photograph impressive panoramic views.
Weighing just 238 grams (that’s less than the weight of two iPhone 6s) and measuring just 182 x 132 x 32.5mm, there’d be no problems slipping the Hover Camera into your handbag.
Unfortunately the contraption is still in the testing stages and not available to buy just yet, but if you can’t wait to get your hands on one you can sign up to be a beta tester here.
