Call Of Duty is a video gaming franchise that has steadily got crazier and crazier as each new instalment has launched.
In the last 15 years or so we’ve gone from focussing on key moments of historical events – the Second World War and Vietnam, for example – to this year’s game which will be set for the most part in space.
Not content to be left out, last year’s game – Black Ops III – is still pushing out new downloadable content (DLC) and their latest pack, Descent, has managed to up the madness even more. By introducing dragons.
Now, the zombies aspect of Call Of Duty has been popular for some time. What started as a hidden mini-game has grown into its own fully-fledged pillar of the franchise. But the introduction of dragons is much more of an escalation – maybe COD want to get the Game Of Thrones fans on-board?
