Open-world video games tend to live and die by their setting and the area in which you explore – and Ubisoft appears to be taking no chances when it comes to Watch Dogs 2.
The hacker-focused sequel has moved from Chicago to the centre of the tech universe, San Francisco, and the latest trailer for the shooter shows off why Ubisoft thinks it has a winning setting.
If the scale of what’s shown appears in the game to scale – we see Silicon Valley, the Golden Gate Bridge, as well as across the bay into Oakland – then we have a very big game on our hands.
Not long to wait now, Watch Dogs 2 drops on November 15.
