Yup, that’s right. Apple just trolled us using Rick Astley. AGAIN.

Head over to Apple support site, where it talks through the uses and functions of Apple Watch. And there it is… in the “Add a friend” section.

Nobody noticed the joke until today – which was spotted by Mike Rundle on Twitter.

Of course, there’s another way to interpret this subtle gag.

However, it’s not the first time Apple has rickrolled the world.

Two years ago, the support pages for Siri update in iOS 7 showed the 1987 Astley hit song in the Control Center.

And in 2012, Apple announced that the YouTube app will no longer be a default staple of iOS with surprise, surprise… a rickroll.

Want to know why Apple keep going back to the same joke over and over again? The answer’s right here.

Meanwhile, ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’ has clocked up more than 143m views on YouTube.
