A new drone is in the making that is every adventuring tech geek’s dream.
How would you feel if we told you there was a drone that with just a gesture takes off from your wrist, takes a picture or video, and then comes straight back? Pretty excited? We’re glad we’re not the only ones.
It’s like a GoPro, only with a better view. The quadcopter’s many modes include Boomerang, Panorama and Follow Me – with each mode meaning you can carry on scaling that mountain or riding your bike through the trail with your own personal photographer documenting it all.
Intel made the technology possible, awarding Nixie $500,000 (£360,000) as the winner of its Make It Wearable challenge.
And when it’s finally released, the Nixie is bound to be popular.
