Sleeping on a plane is not an option for many of us, with space limited, and control of the arm rest an on-going battle.
As with many of the great technology inventions, this one – a new “smart” travel pillow called Woollip – looks to solve a common problem, that of sleeping on planes.
As the video shows, the pillow is hollow so users can pass their arms through and sleep face down if need be, as well as hug the pillow in order to get more comfortable.
The inflatable pillow appears to have struck a chord with backers on crowd-funding site Kickstarter, having already smashed its funding goal with just under a week to go – raising more than 168,000 euro, having only asked for 55,000.
