Twitter posts may no longer be displayed in time order amid suggestions the social media network is preparing to undergo a major shake-up.

Reports claim the reverse chronological feature – which sees the newest tweet displayed on top of older posts – will be replaced with a setting favouring more popular or relevant posts.
