We’d have to advise you unless you are a professional freerunner, you shouldn’t be attempting this at any cost.
But feel free to admire these two parkour artists as they scale some pretty tall buildings around the UK.
The freerunners, who are part of the parkour group 3Run, were paying tribute to the recently released game Mirror’s Edge Catalyst by creating real-life training level stunts on some of the country’s tallest rooftops.
“The freerunning movement system in Mirror’s Edge Catalyst is spot on,” said Chase Armitage, founder of 3Run.
“As parkour artists, one of our challenges is deciding how we’re going to tackle an area or obstacle. The game throws you into the same situation as you have to choose the path you take, affecting your next few steps moving forward.
“You can jump, climb and even slide your way around. The first-person experience brings you even closer to the movement and you really feel like you’ve become a freerunner … Just don’t fall off the edge!”
Mirror’s Edge Catalyst is available now in retail stores and as a digital download on Xbox One, Origin for PC and PlayStation 4.
